Admission Procedure

At BDPS, we provide a welcoming and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and discover their potential. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to make the journey comfortable for parents and students.

  • Age is considered as on 31/03 of the academic year.
  • Age eligibility is based on government regulations applicable to admissions for the Session 2026–27.

Please submit the completed registration form with the registration fee to the front desk of the administrative section along with:
Important Notes & Guidelines
  • Latest coloured passport-size photograph of the student
  • Parent & child combined photograph (5cm x 3.5cm)
  • Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Original Medical Certificate / Vaccination record
  • Attested result photocopy of the previous class and Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Clear indication if the registration form is filled out by a guardian instead of parents
  • Address Proof: PAN Card / Driving Licence / Electricity Bill / Aadhar Card / CBSE Registration copy
  • Note: Student, mother, and father names must match across all documents.
Important Notes & Guidelines
  • Incomplete/illegible registration forms or those without photos will not be accepted.
  • Admission Process: Candidates must clear a basic admission written test to qualify for an interview. Both parents must attend the interview. Admission is confirmed only after the final interview.
  • Midterm Admission: Considered for meritorious students only on grounds of parent job transfer, school change, or residence shifting.
  • Class Placement: The school reserves the right to place or adjust the student in an appropriate class based on examination performance and student ability at its discretion.
  • Document Submission: Admission depends strictly on fulfilling all conditions and submitting documents. The Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted within 15 days of the session start; failing to do so automatically cancels admission and forfeits deposited fees.

Fee Guidelines

  • School fee should be submitted latest by 15th of every month, otherwise penalty will be charged.
  • If fee for a month is not paid by 15th of every month, it can be paid with late fee Rs. 10/- per day.
  • Parents are requested to keep the fee card with them and produce it to the school authority whenever required.
  • In case of loss of the fee card, a duplicate fee card will be issued on payment of Rs. 50/- only.
  • Fee will be accepted by Cheque / Cash / E-transfer / Paytm in the school between 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on all working days.
  • All the dues of the academic year should be cleared before 15th February positively.
  • The enrolment and any admission fee is non-refundable, except in the case that the school is not able to offer you a place on a course.

Fee Structure

The following fee structure is applicable to students seeking admission to Blue Diamond Public School, Dadri, G.B. Nagar.

1. One-Time Fee

  • Admission Fee – Nursery to Class VIII — ₹5,000/-
  • Admission Fee – Classes IX & XII — ₹6,000/-

Admission Fee is payable only once.

2. Scholastic & Examination Fee

  • Nursery to Class VIII — ₹1,200/- twice a year (Term I and Term II)
  • Classes IX to XII — ₹1,500/- per student

3. Tuition / Monthly Fee

  • Nursery to UKG — ₹2,200/-
  • Classes I & II — ₹2,400/-
  • Classes III to V — ₹2,600/-
  • Classes VI to VIII — ₹2,800/-
  • Classes IX & X — ₹3,700/-
  • Classes XI & XII – Science — ₹5,000/-
  • Classes XI & XII – Commerce — ₹4,700/-
  • Classes XI & XII – Humanities — ₹4,500/-

4. Other Charges

CBSE Registration, Practical and Examination Fees:
Extra, as applicable, for students of Classes IX to XII.

Transport Fee:
Applicable only to students availing school transport. The fee will be charged step-wise and deposited quarterly for 12 months.

CCA Charges:
No other fee will be charged, except CCA charges, where applicable, for students participating in CCA activities.
